How to Maintain Your Fryer

1. Keep the appearance of the heat carrier furnace and equipment clean, and often wipe off the oil stains on the surface of the equipment.

2. Keep the water in the cooling tower clean and keep the Y-type filter free from clogging.

3. The heat transfer oil has good oil quality and no impurities. It should be replaced and cleaned regularly, and it must be replaced every three months.

4. Filter: Remove and clean every two weeks. The solenoid valve should be removed and cleaned every month. The float switch should be removed and cleaned once a month.

5. Carry out patrol inspection of the furnace body and auxiliary equipment, find problems in time, and take corresponding measures.

6. Check the operation of each equipment, and there should be no noise in the transmission.

7. Check whether the values of the pressure gauge, temperature gauge and flowmeter are in normal values, and judge the operating state of the boiler.

8. Check the use of heat transfer oil and the temperature of the heat transfer oil in the high-level tank. It is strictly forbidden to exceed 70 °C to prevent coking and leakage.

9. Make necessary records of the data (pressure, temperature, temperature difference) and the problems found during the inspection, so as to provide the basis for the judgment and treatment of future faults.
